Discovery Impact Experience Friendship Enjoyment Horizon
Horizon Foundation aims to encourage the young people to explore the world, to interact with different people and to provide reliable volunteer travel service. By stepping out of the comfort zone, the youth can benefit from the expended horizon. We provide various volunteer projects as well as scholarship scheme. Students with financial difficulties can apply for a international travel grant up to £1000 or a domestic travel grant up to £200 for financing a project which will have a positive impact to the community. One of the main motivations behind Horizon Foundation was to provide volunteers with high quality, safe and yet extremely affordable volunteering opportunities in developing countries. Volunteers will always gain life long friendships with each other and the people they help on the program. Despite many volunteers coming from different backgrounds, the experiences that these volunteers share forge strong ties that can last a life time in spite of their vastly different home cultures.
